Turkey and Vegetable Burgers

Ingredients
  • 14 oz (400 g) ground turkey breast
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped into small cubes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 jar applesauce
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
Instructions
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • With clean and slightly damp hands, form balls and then flatten them.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press BAKE, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears in the display, open the basket and place burgers on the rack, on aluminum foil or a silicone baking mat, without piling up. Close.
  • When Turn Food appears on the display, turn the hamburgers over.
  • When the time is up, remove the burgers from the tray and voila.
  • To prepare the sauce, place the avocado and spinach in the food processor until you obtain a uniform mixture.
  • Serve the chicken and vegetable burgers with avocado and spinach sauce.
  • In the fridge, hamburger meats will last 3 to 5 days, and 3 to 4 Months in the freezer.
