With clean and slightly damp hands, form balls and then flatten them.
On the Instant Vortex control panel, press BAKE, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
Once Add Food appears in the display, open the basket and place burgers on the rack, on aluminum foil or a silicone baking mat, without piling up. Close.
When Turn Food appears on the display, turn the hamburgers over.
When the time is up, remove the burgers from the tray and voila.
To prepare the sauce, place the avocado and spinach in the food processor until you obtain a uniform mixture.
Serve the chicken and vegetable burgers with avocado and spinach sauce.
In the fridge, hamburger meats will last 3 to 5 days, and 3 to 4 Months in the freezer.
