In a frying pan with a little spray oil, sauté a little garlic with the tuna for 1 Minute. Then add the spinach with the salt (to keep it green) and sauté until reduced.
Separately, in a bowl, beat the eggs, milk and nutmeg.
Add the spinach with the sautéed tuna and add pepper and beat.
Pour the mixture into a container suitable for the oven and add the cheeses on top.
Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake , set the time to 10 Minutes and the temperature to 170ºC . Press Start .
Once the message Add Food appears , open the basket and add the container. Close.
Finally let it cool a bit and accompany it with pineapple juice.
