Soy Fried Chicken


  • 3 boneless chicken thigh
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Toasted sesame
  • chives
  • In a bowl, mix chicken with the soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and sesame oil. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then the set the time to 20 Minutes and temperature to 375°F (190°C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and add the chicken. Close. Discard the excess liquid left in the bowl.
  • Serve with toasted sesame and chopped chives. Accompany with rice, potatoes, salad, or serve in tortillas.
