Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups (250 g) ripe tomatoes
  • 1¼ cups (250 g) green tomatoes
  • ¼ onion
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Serrano pepper
  • Cilantro
  • Salt and pepper
  • Tortilla chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Air Fry set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 171°C. Press Start .
  2. Once the message Add Food appears , open the basket and put the tomato, tomato and onion when it indicates Add Food . Add a little spray oil on food and bring to cook.
  3. Occasionally open the tray and move the pieces so that they cook evenly.
  4. When 10 Minutes have elapsed , add the garlic and serrano pepper. Finish the rest of the cooking and take the Ace Nova blender , add the cilantro, salt and pepper and start the Blend function for 1 Minute .
  5. Insert the stainless steel bowl into the Instant Pot®. Press the Saute function and set the time to 2 Minutes .
  6. Serve immediately as a snack, for chilaquiles or enchiladas, or freeze.
