Mix the ground pork, sesame oil, salt and pepper together in a bowl to make the filling.
Assemble the wontons by placing a little bit of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper, then moisten the sides with egg white or water and fold in half, forming a triangle. Moisten the loose tips and seal (crossing them).
Preheat the air fryer, selecting Air Fry at 390˚F / 200˚C for 7 minutes.
Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket, put the wontons in and spray them with a little oil on top. Close.
Halfway through cooking, turn them over and spray them with a little more cooking spray.
