Pork Wontons

Ingredients
  • 1 ⅓ lb (225 g) ground pork
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 15 wonton dumplings
  • Spray Oil
  • Egg white or water
  • Tamarind or soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds
Instructions
  • Mix all the filling ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Assemble the wontons by placing a little bit of filling in the center of each dumpling, then moisten the sides and fold in half, forming a triangle. Moisten the loose tips and seal (crossing them).
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set time to 7 Minutes and temperature to 390˚F (200˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket, put the wontons in and spray them with a little oil on top. Close.
  • Halfway through cooking, turn them over and spray them with a little more cooking spray.
  • Finally, serve with tamarind or soy sauce.
