Pork Tenderloin


  • 14 oz center pork loin
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Add all ingredients and stir.
  • Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set time to 30 Minutes.
  • When done cooking, press Cancel and turn the steam release handle to Venting. Once all the steam has been released, open the lid.
  • Remove the tenderloin from the Instant Pot® and place it on a cutting board. Cut into thin slices. Serve together with the broth in which it was cooked.
