Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant-based milk preferably almond or rice milk
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp camu camu powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or stevia
  • Fruits and other toppings

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Place the oat flakes with the chia seeds, camu camu, cinnamon, and honey.
  2. Then add the plant-based milk and vanilla extract. Stir with a hand mixer or spoon.
  3. Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid, making sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Porridge and set time to 8 Minutes.
  4. When the time is up, release the steam by turning the steam release handle to Venting. Once all pressure is released, open the lid Carefully and stir again with a spoon.
  5. Serve in a bowl. May be eaten hot, or refrigerate to enjoy it cold. Either way it's amazing.
  6. I topped it with brownie bits and raspberries.
