Loin with Sautéed Vegetables


  • 1 lb (500 g) sirloin or top sirloin cap
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (if using garlic salt omit salt)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ oz (15 cc) olive oil
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • salt
  • 1 tomato, peeled and chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Season the meat with the garlic, onion, pepper, and oregano, Add the olive oil and mix everything.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 390ºF (200ºC). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and add the meat together with the sprig of rosemary.
  • When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray and turn the meat. Remove from the tray and let rest on tomato.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables, mixing them in a bowl with the olive oil and soy sauce.
  • Without washing the Vortex container, set time tor 8 Minutes at 355ºF (180°C), cook and turn when Turn Food, appears on the display. Serve with the meat.
