Loin with Sautéed Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500 g) sirloin or top sirloin cap
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (if using garlic salt omit salt)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ oz (15 cc) olive oil
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • salt
  • 1 tomato, peeled and chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Season the meat with the garlic, onion, pepper, and oregano, Add the olive oil and mix everything.
  2. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 390ºF (200ºC). Press Start.
  3. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and add the meat together with the sprig of rosemary.
  4. When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray and turn the meat. Remove from the tray and let rest on tomato.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables, mixing them in a bowl with the olive oil and soy sauce.
  6. Without washing the Vortex container, set time tor 8 Minutes at 355ºF (180°C), cook and turn when Turn Food, appears on the display. Serve with the meat.
