Instant Pot Duo Crisp + Air Fryer- Warm Pizza Dip

Ingredients
  • 8 oz plain brick-style cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herb seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 oz thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced fresh basil
  • assorted crackers and bread
Instructions
  • Using electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, pizza sauce, Italian herb seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper until blended. Fold in half of the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan, and fresh mozzarella.
  • Scrape mixture into lightly oiled 1 quart (6- or 7 inch) oven-safe round baking dish or baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Garnish with pepperoni.
  • Ensure that inner pot of Instant Pot Duo Crisp + Air Fryer is dry. Place baking dish, uncovered, on steam rack in inner pot; use a foil or silicon sling for easy removal.
  • Using Air fryer Lid select Bake at 400°F for  10 to 15 minutes or until dip is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Carefully remove baking dish with sling out of inner pot. Sprinkle with basil; serve with crackers and bread.

  • Recipe Notes: Air-fry store-bought pizza dough cut into 1-inch strips and brushed with olive oil for dipping.
