Fried Seafood


  • 1 lb (500 g) squid
  • 1 lb (500 g) of uncooked prawns
  • 1 lb (500 g) white fish strips
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup red onion cut into strips
  • ⅓ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup sweet corn
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro chopped to taste
  • Season fish and shellfish with the ingredients described and stir well.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 12 Minutes and temperature to 365°F (180°C). Press Start.
  • Add the batter and close the basket.
  • While frying, mix the onion, red pepper, sweet corn, lemon juice, salt and chopped cilantro to make creole sauce.
  • Serve the fried seafood with the creole sauce and more chopped coriander.
