INSTRUCTIONS Combine the flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder in a bowl. Then add the yogurt and mix well using a spatula or your hands, until thoroughly incorporated. Sprinkle flour on a flat surface to knead your dough until super pliable and thin. Divide dough into 2 or 4 parts depending on the size you want, and then shape your bagels (like a doughnut). Baste with the beaten egg wash and sprinkle with seeds of your choice. Place bagels in the Instant Vortex . Press Bake, set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 355ºF (180°C). Press Start. Carefully take bagels out. Enjoy with butter, jam, or cream cheese.
