Few-Ingredient Bagels By: Solange Martinez-Gonzales Cooking Technique Baking Keywords 3 servings, all-purpose flour, baking, baking powder, beaten with 1 tsp water, egg, instant vortex, salt and pepper, sesame seeds, vegetarian, yogurt Servings 3 Servings Ingredients 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour1 cup (240 g) plain Greek yogurtSalt and pepper1 tsp baking powder1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp watersesame seeds Instructions Combine the flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder in a bowl.Then add the yogurt and mix well using a spatula or your hands, until thoroughly incorporated.Sprinkle flour on a flat surface to knead your dough until super pliable and thin.Divide dough into 2 or 4 parts depending on the size you want, and then shape your bagels (like a doughnut). Baste with the beaten egg wash and sprinkle with seeds of your choice.Place bagels in the Instant Vortex .Press Bake, set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 355ºF (180°C).
