Creamy Oatmeal


  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Blueberries to
  • Almonds
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot® and add the oats, brown sugar, coconut milk, and salt. Stir using a spatula.
  • Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Porridge and set pressure level to High for 15 Minutes.
  • Once the time is up, press Cancel and turn the steam release handle to Venting.
  • Remove the lid from the Instant Pot® and serve with blueberries, almonds, and strawberries, to taste.
