Cream of green pea


  • ½ onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup pea flour
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 eggs
  • dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Press Saute and set the time to 8 Minutes. Add the onion and garlic and a little salt and pepper.
  • Press Soup, set the time to 10 Minutes and add 2 cups of water. Meanwhile, dissolve the green pea flour in a separate container with hot water. Once dissolved add to the bowl.
  • When 2 minutes remain on the timer, add the eggs and oregano. Check for salt.
  • Serve the cream with a sprinkle of oregano on top.
