Cranberry Brie Bites


  • 1 Pillsbury crescent dough sheet
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 oz brie cheese, diced
  • Rosemary sprigs, for serving
  • Lay out the crescent dough onto a workstation. Cut into 2-inch by 2-inch squares.
  • Place a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and then a piece of diced brie in the middle of each square. Fold in the corners and gently pinch, leaving the middle open.
  • Place the bites in the air fryer basket, careful to not overlap. Air fry at 400°F / 205°C for 4-6 Minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Carefully remove from the air fryer. Place a few sprigs of rosemary in the middle of each bite. Eat warm or room temperature.
