Chocolate Quinoa Porridge


  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup quinoa
  • 1¾ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free cacao or cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • To the Instant Pot® inner pot, add all the ingredients in the order listed.
  • Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set time to 6 Minutes.
  • Once the time is up, turn the pressure release handle and wait for all the steam to be released. Serve in 2 individual bowls and top with berries and hazelnuts. Optional: Add 1 tsp of maple syrup or honey.
