Recipe Details

Course: Breakfast, Snacks

Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs or 1 extra banana
  • 1/4 cup allulose + 50 drops stevia,
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 drizzle vanilla
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips, chopped chocolate, nuts, or raisins
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate and almonds for garnish.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mash the bananas, add the eggs and the rest of the ingredients. I did this in a food processor. At the end, add the chocolate chips.
  2. Put in a mold. I used my beloved Pyrex dish, which is a 9.5 in (1.6-liter) glass round pie plate dish. That way, I can serve the pie in the same dish and it looks beautiful.
  3. Place in a 355-degree (180°C) oven for 20-25 Minutes. Take out and top with chocolate and almonds. It’s delicious warm or cold, and if you add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, OMG!!!!
