1/3 cup chocolate chips, chopped chocolate, nuts, or raisins
1/4 cup melted chocolate and almonds for garnish.
Instructions
Mash the bananas, add the eggs and the rest of the ingredients. I did this in a food processor. At the end, add the chocolate chips.
Put in a mold. I used my beloved Pyrex dish, which is a 9.5 in (1.6-liter) glass round pie plate dish. That way, I can serve the pie in the same dish and it looks beautiful.
Place in a 355-degree (180°C) oven for 20-25 Minutes. Take out and top with chocolate and almonds. It’s delicious warm or cold, and if you add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, OMG!!!!
