Lightly beat the eggs, just to break down the yolks.
Add cinnamon powder and vanilla extract and mix.
Add the 3 milks and mix well.
Pass the entire mixture through a strainer.
Distribute the mixture in various individual Pyrex (8 cm wide x 5cm high) .
On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 400˚F (205˚C).
Once Add Food appears on the display, place the various individual sized Pyrex containers in the basket (bain-marie or directly into the Instant Vortex; the results will be the same). Press Start.
Once ready, refrigerate for 2 Hours or enjoy while still warm.
