INSTRUCTIONS Wash the chicken pieces, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the mustard. In another bowl, mix the freeze-dried potato with the paprika and oregano. Dip the chicken pieces in the beaten egg and then in the freeze-dried potato mixture, so that they are well-coated with the freeze-dried potato. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 25 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start. Once Add Food appears on the display, place the chicken pieces on the Instant Vortex tray. Close tray and let cook. Halfway through the time, flip the chicken pieces. Eat hot, immediately when done, and serve with French fries and a salad. I like it with coleslaw.
