Broaster Chicken My Way


  • 6 chicken pieces, with skin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 7 oz (180 g) freeze-dried potato
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • Wash the chicken pieces, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the mustard.
  • In another bowl, mix the freeze-dried potato with the paprika and oregano.
  • Dip the chicken pieces in the beaten egg and then in the freeze-dried potato mixture, so that they are well-coated with the freeze-dried potato.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 25 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, place the chicken pieces on the Instant Vortex tray. Close tray and let cook.
  • Halfway through the time, flip the chicken pieces.
  • Eat hot, immediately when done, and serve with French fries and a salad. I like it with coleslaw.
