Baked Oatmeal


  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pear and 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Raspberries
  • Chocolate chips
  • Peel and crush the pear in a food processor until almost puréed.
  • In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork until almost puréed.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Pour into an oven-safe pan (I used a round one) and top with the raspberries and chocolate chips.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 350˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the container inside. Close.
  • Lastly, remove it and enjoy hot. You can also eat the oatmeal with a bit of honey on top or with some nut butter.
