Air Fryer Poached Eggs


  • 3 eggs
  • oil
  • Grease your moulds with a bit of oil or non-stick cooking spray.
  • Fill the moulds about half full with boiling water, and then crack an eggs into each mould of water and plac einto the air frying basket.
  • Select Air Fry on your Instant Vortex and set the temperature to 359.6°F and timing as per below the Instant Vortex (theres no need to wait for the Air Fryer to preheat).
  • If using pyrex ramekins: 7 Minutes for runny, 8 Minutes for jammy, and 10 Minutes for set yolks.
  • If using non-stick pudding moulds: 5 Minutes for runny, 6 Minutes for jammy, and 7 Minutes for set yolks.
