Air Fry Halloumi Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 lb halloumi
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ dry oregano
  • 2 eggs
  • No-stick cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the halloumi into thick fried.
  2. In a medium bowl combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and dry oregano.
  3. In a small bowl crack the eggs and whisk until well combined.
  4. Using one hand dip the halloumi stick into the eggs then using your other hand into the breadcrumbs, then back again into the eggs and then the breadcrumbs. Make sure to you bread all sides of the cheese. Place it on top of a clean cutting board. Repeat with each stick.
  5. Select Air Fry set the temperature to 400 °F and time to 6 Minutes.
  6. Press Start.
  7. Once the Air fryer is preheated, open the air fryer basket, and place the fries inside, make sure to have space between them, pray the fries with no-stick cooking oil. Air fry in batches.
  8. Once the cooking time has finished, using tongs remove the fries from the basket.
  9. Serve and enjoy with your favorite dip!
