Air Fried Rice


  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, frozen mixed vegetables, minced shallot, and minced garlic clove. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs until smooth with a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  • Remove the tray in the air fryer. Pile the rice mixture on 2/3 of the air fryer basket and top with the butter. Pour the whisked eggs in the remaining space.
  • Air Fry at 385°F / 195°C for 8-10 Minutes. After 5 minutes, break up the cooked egg and stir the fried rice together. Continue air frying until the top is golden and crispy. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
