Air Fried Pork Chop with Roasted Apples


  • 2 bone-in thick cut pork chops
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples diced
  • ½ red onion diced
  • 8 thyme sprigs stalks removed
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Make the marinade. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt and olive oil. Add the pork chops, refrigerate, and marinate for 30 Minutes, or up to overnight.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F / 205°C. Place the pork chops in the basket and air fry for 12-13 Minutes. Set aside and rest for at least 10 Minutes before slicing.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together the diced apples, red onion, thyme leaves, and olive oil.
  • Place in the air fryer basket and Air Fry at 400°F / 205°C for another 15 Minutes, stirring halfway. Serve with pork chops and enjoy!
