1 head cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup raw almonds
3 tbsp tomatoes paste
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sea salt or more to taste
1 tbsp maple syrup
3-4 whole chipotle peppers adobo sauce
1 cup panko
Instructions
In a blender, add raw almonds, tomato paste, garlic cloves, olive oil, fresh lime juice, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, maple syrup, and chipotle peppers, and blend it at high speed.
Place the chipotle pepper mixture in a bowl and add the cauliflower florets. Coat the florets with the chipotle pepper mixture thoroughly.
Once the cauliflower florets are well coated with the chipotle pepper mixture, toss with panko, coat with the panko mixture, and then place them on a large plate.
Spray the cooking oil lightly on the cauliflower florets.
Choose Air Fryer, set the temperature to 400 °F, and set the timer to 12 Minutes. Press Start.
Once the air fryer is preheated, open the air fryer basket and place cauliflower florets into the basket. Close the basket.
Once the air fryer shows the "Turn Food" sign, open the basket, flip the cauliflower florets, and continue to cook.
Once the cooking cycle is done, open the basket and remove the cauliflower florets onto a serving plate.
Serve warm with your preferred dipping sauce. Enjoy!
