Preheat oven to 400℉. While the oven is preheating, place the butter in a 9 inch x 13 inch baking pan and put pan in the oven allowing the butter to melt.
Add remaining ingredients to the blender pitcher and secure lid.
Blend on “Low” manual setting for 5-10 seconds until ingredients are well combined. Select “Cancel” to stop blending.
When oven is preheated and butter is melted in a pan, using hot pads, carefully remove the pan from the oven and pour the pancake batter into the pan. Return the pan to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the pancake grows up the sides of the pan.
Serve with fresh fruit, a squeeze of lemon juice, powdered sugar, your favorite syrup or a combination of them all.
