Sugar Free Caramel Peanut Popcorn


  • 1/4 cup popcorn
  • 1/4 cup allulose
  • 1 tbsp of water
  • 2 tbsp chopped peanuts
  • Line the base of the fryer with a smooth paper (aluminum, not plastic) since we need to make a base so that the corn does not fall and add the corn.
  • Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Air Fry and set the time to 6 Minutes and the temperature to 392°F. Press Start.
  • Halfway through, I recommend you open and stir a little so that all the corn is preparing (carefully as they continue to explode). After time it will be ready.
  • For the caramel, place the allulose and water in a nonstick pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it takes on a caramel texture and thickens a little.
  • Finally, we must unite everything: the popcorn, the peanuts and the caramel. We must mix very quickly to integrate everything well before it cools.
  • And ready! you can eat immediately or leave a few minutes in the refrigerator for the caramel to firm up a bit.
