Ingredients

  • 1 lb cabbage
  • 1/2 lb beef cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups Cauliflower Rice
  • 1/3 cup carrots
  • 1/3 cup celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Select SAUTE on HIGH for 15 minutes and press START. Add the olive oil to the Inner Pot.
  2. When the pot is hot, add and brown the beef cubes for approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Change temperature to Custom-Level 3 and add onions and garlic, smoked paprika and salt. Sauté for 1-2 more minutes.
  4. Add tomato paste, carrot, celery, cabbage, chili flakes, and black pepper and stir.
  5. Add diced tomato with water and chicken stock.
  6. CANCLE Sauté Program
  7. Scrub any residuals stuck to the bottom of the pot with the spoon.
  8. Close the lid and set to VENT. Select SLOW COOK-Soup Function (Temperature High for 6 hours) and press START.
  9. When 1 hour is left at the end of the program, add Cauliflower Rice to the soup. Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.
