Sautéed Chicken Gizzards


  • 45 ml oil
  • ½ lb cooked chicken gizzards
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 yellow pepper cut into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 sprig fresh coriander
  • pepper, cumin, and salt
  • Serve with French fries or rice
  • Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Press Saute and set time to 15 Minutes. Add the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the cooked gizzards, season, and fry for 3 Minutes. Then add onion, tomato, and yellow pepper, fry for about 2-3 Minutes and add the soy sauce and vinegar. Finally, top with chopped coriander and check for salt.
  • Serve with French fries or rice.
