Protein Mug Cake


  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ⅓ cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • chocolate chips, optional
  • Mash the banana and then combine with all the other wet ingredients.
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix very well. Divide into 2 portions.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set temperature to 355ºF (180ºC) and time to 5 Minutes. Press Start.
  • You can eat it like this while hot or let cool.
  • If you don't have flavored protein powder, you may need to add some sweetener (sugar, coconut sugar, etc.). Add ½ tbsp and check for sweetness.
