Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies


  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 28 Hershey's kisses
  • Sift flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together then whisk to combine.
  • Cream the butter, peanut butter and brown sugars in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
  • Add the egg and mix until smooth then slowly, in a couple of additions, add flour mixture and beat until incorporated.
  • Roll dough into one-inch balls.
  • Add the cup of sugar to a small bowl, add the dough balls and roll them in the sugar until fully coated, then set aside.
  • Select Bake 365°F / 185°C and set the time for 6 Minutes and Press Start .
  • When the Air Fryer has finished preheating place the balls inside of the basket leaving enough space between them.
  • Bake in batches if needed.
  • When the cooking time is completed open the basket and carefully press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. Some cracks are ok.
  • Close the basket again and select Bake 365°F / 185°C and set the time for 3 Minutes and Press Start.
  • When the cooking time is completed, open the basket, and let the cookies cool down for about 10 Minutes before transferring to a rack.
