Dulce de Leche Latte


  • 1 dark French roast espresso capsule
  • 2 tbsp dulce de leche
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Dulce de leche for topping and rimming the cup

  • Line the rim of a 10-ounce coffee mug with dulce de leche.
  • Using a spoon, swirl 1 tbsp dulce de leche along the inside of a 10-ounce coffee mug.
  • Brew 2 ounces of the espresso directly into the mug.
  • Meanwhile, add the remaining dulce de leche and whole milk to a frother and steam at the highest setting.
  • Pour the frothed milk over the espresso. Top with whipped cream and more dulce de leche drizzle.
