Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting
  • 1 cup of hot milk cream
  • 1 lb (450 g) ready-to-bake puff pastry

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Beat the frosting with the milk cream very well and then refrigerate.
  2. Sprinkle flour on flat surface, stretch the puff pastry and fill with the mixture.
  3. Roll up the puff pastry and brush top with beaten egg.
  4. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set the time to 5 Minutes and the temperature to 340ºF (170ºC). Press Start.
  5. Once Add Food appears on the display, add the puff pastry roll-ups. Close tray and let cook.
  6. Decorate with confectioner’s sugar.
