Chocolate Puff Pastry


  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting
  • 1 cup of hot milk cream
  • 1 lb (450 g) ready-to-bake puff pastry
  • Beat the frosting with the milk cream very well and then refrigerate.
  • Sprinkle flour on flat surface, stretch the puff pastry and fill with the mixture.
  • Roll up the puff pastry and brush top with beaten egg.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set the time to 5 Minutes and the temperature to 340ºF (170ºC). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, add the puff pastry roll-ups. Close tray and let cook.
  • Decorate with confectioner’s sugar.
