Chocolate Brownie in a Cup


  • 1 tbsp wholemeal flour
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp agave, honey or maple syrup
  • 4 tsp milk, ideally vegetable
  • 1 egg
  • 2 squares of chocolate, 70% cacao
  • 15 Almonds chopped
  • Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  • Then add the agave (or sweetener of your choice), milk, and egg to the mixture. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Put the chocolate cubes in an individual ceramic cup or mug, add the mixture, and put the chopped almonds on top.
  • Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot® and insert the rack, add 1 cup water and then insert the cup.
  • Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook and set time to 15 Minutes.
  • When done cooking, let steam release naturally and then press Cancel.
