Brown Sugar and Honey Juicy Ham


  • 3 lb cooked ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • Black pepper, as needed
  • Salt, as needed
  • Wrap ham in foil.
  • On you air fryer, set the time to 25 Minutes and the temperature to 350°F / 190°C. Press Start.
  • When the Air Fryer has finished preheating place the ham inside of the basket, ensuring that the seam is at the top so it can be opened.
  • While the ham is cooking make the glaze, combine all the ingredients in a saucepan heat and whisk until brown sugar is dissolved and glaze is well combined. Set aside.
  • When the cooking time is completed, open the basket, and carefully unwrap the ham. Brush the glaze on top and leave the foil open.
  • Air Fry for 15 Minutes, 350°F / 175°C.
  • When the cooking time is completed, check the internal temperature by inserting an instant-read thermometer near the bone, and it reads 145 degrees F. Once the ham is done carefully remove it from the basket and place it on top of a cutting board and let it rest for 10 Minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy!
