Roasted Chicken Breast


  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup of beer
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp panca pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • In a small bowl, mix well the beer, mustard, soy sauce, panca pepper, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Spread the previous mixture all over the chicken and between the skin and the meat. If you have a kitchen syringe, you can inject the chicken with the sauce. Let stand in the refrigerator ideally 2 Hours.
  • Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Grill/Roast , set time to 45 Minutes and temperature to 374°F . Press Start .
  • Once the panel shows Add Food add the chicken bone side down.
  • After 15 Minutes, open the tray and turn the chicken for another 20 Minutes.
  • Once the total 35 minutes have passed, turn the chicken over again, bathe again with the remaining sauce and leave for 10 more minutes.
  • To enjoy! Accompany with fries or some salad.
