Beetroot Chips


  • 1 beetroot
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Peel beetroot with a potato peeler. Use a sharp knife or mandoline slicer to cut 2 mm thick slices. Place on paper towels and let dry for 10 minutes.
  • Once dry, place in a bowl, season with the oil, salt and pepper. Place in the Instant Vortex rack without piling them on top of each other.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set time to 13 Minutes and temperature to 305°F (152°C). Press Start.
  • Let cool and serve with hot sauce. Enjoy!
