Air Fryer Chicken Taquitos


  • 2 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 8-10 tortillas
  • Olive oil cooking spray oil
  • Guacamole
  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • lettuce, sliced
  • Cilantro chopped
  • tomato, diced
  • Place the chicken breast on top of a cutting board, brush all the sides of the chicken with olive oil then season with salt and pepper.
  • Select Roast set the temperature at 380°F/194°C and set the time for 25 Minutes Press Start.
  • When the Air Fryer has finished preheating, place the chicken breast inside of the basket.
  • When the cooking time is completed open the basket and carefully remove the chicken from the basket and transfer them to a medium bowl, with the help of two forks shredded the chicken breast.
  • Add the taco seasoning and shredded cheese. Mix until combined.
  • Place one tortilla down on a flat and clean surface spread evenly refried beans and fill it with about ¼ cup of the chicken and cheese mixture, roll up the tortilla tightly and place it on a plate. Repeat the process until all the chicken cheese mixture has been used.
  • Select Air Fry set the temperature at 385°F/196.11°C and set the time for 6 Minutes Press Start.
  • When the Air Fryer has finished preheating spray some olive oil at the bottom of the basket, place the chicken taquitos inside of the basket and spray the tops with olive oil. When the unit displays Turn Food flip the tortillas. Air fry in batches.
  • In the meantime, prepare the serving plate place the sliced lettuce and tomato diced on top of the place set aside.
  • When the cooking time is completed, transfer the taquitos to the prepared serving plate. Top with chopped cilantro.
  • Serve warm and enjoy with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
