Air-Fried Caramel and Nutella Brownies


  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 3 tbsp Caramel
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Lightly grease an Instant Pot official 7-Inch round cake pan. Line the base with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk the cake flour and the granulated sugar until well combined.
  • Using a silicon spatula or a wooden spoon, slowly incorporate the eggs and the Nutella until combined.
  • Spread half of your brownie batter on top of the parchment paper.
  • Pour on top of the brownie mixture 3 tbsp of caramel, using the back of a spoon gently spread it.
  • Place the remaining brownie batter on top.
  • Select Bake set the temperature at 350 F and set the time for 35 mins. Press START.
  • When the Air Fryer has finished preheating, place the cake pan inside of the basket.
  • When the cooking time is completed, open the basket and carefully remove the cake pan from the basket.
  • Set aside and let it cool completely.
  • Dust with cocoa powder if desired.
  • Slice and enjoy!
