Christmas Cupcakes

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vinegar
  • ½ + ¼ cup (160 g) fresh milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) baking powder
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) baking soda
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp powdered ginger
  • ½ tsp powdered clove
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup oil
Instructions
  • Start by cutting the fresh milk with the vinegar for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the sugar, egg, sour milk, and oil; then beat using a whisk until a uniform batter forms.
  • On the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 365°F (185°C). Press Start.
  • Place the batter in the pan, then carefully place in the basket. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 345°F(175°C). Press Start.
  • Finally, carefully take out the cupcakes. Decorate once they have cooled.
