Contents stop blending (unit still powered ON)
Possible Reason: Contents are too thick |
- Solution : Add liquid to recipe
- Solution : Use the food tamper to agitate contents
- Solution : Use Pulse/Clean program
Blender will not power ON
- Possible Reason 1: Power cord not fully inserted into outlet | Solution a): Ensure the cord is plugged fully into a 120V outlet | Solution b): Check blender on a different outlet
- Possible Reason 2: Fuse has blown | Solution: Contact the Customer Care Team
Error Code: E01
Possible Reason: Motor overheated; may have run for too long | Solution: Remove pitcher from base and wait a few minutes for motor to cool
Possible Reason: Ingredients may be too thick | Solution a): Remove and re-seat pitcher | Solution b): Add thin liquid to pitcher | Solution c): Use the food tamper to ease blending of thicker foods
Error Code E02

Possible Reason: Lid is not secure | Solution: Remove and reposition the lid on the pitcher
Results are too watery
- Possible Reason: Food is over-processed | Solution: Use Pulse/Clean to prevent over-blending
- Possible Reason: Too much liquid | Solution: Reduce liquid in recipe
Smokey smell on initial use
Possible Reason: First heating of protective non-toxic substance that was applied to element during manufacturing | Solution: No action needed; this occurs on first use and is harmless
