Vortex Plus Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast


  • 3 lb turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp ground mustard
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp ground sage
  • In a small bowl, thoroughly combine Rub Ingredients. Rub on the outside of the turkey breast and under any loose skin.
  • Place coated turkey breast, skin side up, on a cooking tray.
  • Place the drip pan in the bottom of the cooking chamber. Using the display panel, select AIRFRY, then adjust the temperature to 360°F and the time to 1 hour, then touch START.
  • When the display indicates “Add Food” insert the cooking tray in the lowest position.
  • When the display indicates “Turn Food,” do nothing.
  • When the AirFry program is complete, check to make sure the thickest portion of the meat reads at least 160°F, then remove the turkey and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
