Vanilla Protein Mug Cake


  • 1 ¼ cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein is optional; you can add more oat flour instead
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp sweetener or stevia
  • Vegan white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ cup plant-based milk
  • Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Add topping of your choice (I used chocolate chips).
  • Place the mix in a heat-resistant baking dish (ramekin or bowl).
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set temperature to 355ºF (180ºC) and time to 8 Minutes. Press Start.
  • Once the time is up, remove from fryer. May leave in for 5 more minutes if prefer crispier.
