Ingredients

  • 3 medium poblano peppers
  • 1 lb (500 g) chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast and then set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 395°F (200°C). Press Start.
  2. Add the mixture to the basket and close.
  3. Peel and open in half.
  4. Mix the chicken, mozzarella cheese, and salt and pepper to taste; fill poblano peppers.
  5. Cover with more mozzarella cheese.
  6. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 375°F (190°C). Press Start.
  7. Add the mixture to the basket and close.
  8. Put tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish and put peppers on top.
  9. Serve with sour cream and parsley to taste.
