Strawberry Jam


  • 800 g strawberries
  • 500 g granulated sugar
  • ½ Juice of Lemon
  • Add strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice into the Inner Pot
  • Let sit for at least 15 Minutes
  • Close the Pressure Cooking Lid on the pot
  • Select Pressure Cook-Custom-Pressure Level High and set the time to 1 Minute then 10 Minute Natural Release, then Quick Release the remaining steam
  • Remove the Pressure Cooking Lid
  • Select Saute-High and set the time to 30 Minutes
  • Bring the mixture to a full boil
  • Boil for 12-13 minutes, stirring occasionally until mixture has thickened
  • Press Cancel
  • Pour jam into a jar
