Spiced Steak with Herb Butter


  • 4 fillet medallions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Italian seasoning or meat seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh rosemary thyme, and chopped parsley
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 390°F (200°C). Press Start.
  • Rub the fillets with the olive oil and season with the dressing, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, remove the basket and arrange the meat. Reinsert it into the Instant Vortex. Meanwhile, mix the butter ingredients.
  • Once Turn Food appears on the display, flip.
  • Remove, put on platter, spread butter on top and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
