INSTRUCTIONS In a saucepan, combine the cream and sugar. Bring just to a boil on the stovetop over medium heat. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes. Whisk until smooth and the chocolate has fully melted. Whisk in the peppermint extract. Pour the chocolate syrup into an airtight container or jar. Store in the fridge until ready to use. Add the milk and white chocolate peppermint syrup to the Instant Pod Milk Frother and place the lid on. Select thick foam and press START. Press the POWER button on the Instant Solo Coffee Maker. Open the top and insert a medium roast coffee pod. Place a mug onto the drip tray plate and select 8oz. When the coffee is finished brewing, top with the white chocolate peppermint frothed milk. Sprinkle with some cinnamon and serve with a candy cane!
