Pumpkin Spice Latte


  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz Instant French dark roast espresso capsule
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • Optional: Whipped cream
  • Add the pumpkin pie spice to a 10-ounce coffee mug.
  • Brew the espresso directly into the mug.
  • Meanwhile, add the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and whole milk to a frother and steam.
  • Pour over the espresso. Top with whipped cream and more pumpkin pie spice.
