Remove the stems of mushrooms and clean mushrooms with soft brush. Set aside.
Mix the all the cheese filling ingredients in a small bowl and put aside.
Take a spoon of cheese mixture and fill the bottoms of mushrooms.
Place the flour into a zip-lock bag and add the mushrooms. Seal the bag and shake it until the mushrooms are well dusted. Remove the mushrooms from the bag and place them on the clean surface.
Crack the eggs into a small bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat thoroughly.
Place the panko breadcrumbs on a flat-bottom container.
Make sure the mushroom is coated with the egg, but not dripping. Then place it into the panko. Coat all sides of the mushroom in the panko thoroughly and place them on the rack.
Once all the mushrooms are well coated with panko breadcrumbs, repeat step 7.
Place in Air fryer basket and leave a bit of space between, then spray all the sides with cooking spray oil.
Place the cooking pan on the bottom level in the oven and then put the rack on the air fry level.
Select AIR FRY and set the temperature to 450°F for 14 minutes. Press START.
Once the oven is preheated, place the Air fryer basket on the rack.
When the oven shows TURN FOOD, gently flip the mushrooms with tongs.
Spritz with additional cooking spray and cook until they turn golden-brown.
When the program ends, transfer the mushrooms on a serving plate.
Serve the mushrooms immediately while they are still hot.
