Mushrooms with Za'atar & Jocoque

Ingredients

  • 8 mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp Za’atar
  • 1 tbsp sumac
  • ½ cup jocoque cheese
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 sprigs parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Shred the mushrooms into strips. Place them in a bowl and season with avocado oil and zaatar. Stir very well, until all are well basted in oil and seasoned.
  2. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C) . Press Start.
  3. When Add Food appears on the display, remove the basket and arrange the mushrooms. Put the basket back in the Instant Vortex.
  4. When Turn Food appears on the display, turn the mushrooms over.
  5. As soon as the marked time is over, remove the mushrooms and set aside
  6. Serve the jocoque first in the center of the plate. Place the mushrooms directly on the jocoque.
  7. Now combine the tahini with the sriracha and spoon over the mushrooms (all over the dish).
  8. Finally, garnish with olive oil, sunflower seeds, and a few parsley leaves.
