Crispy Chickpeas with Curry


  • 3.5 oz (100 g) pkg cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Drain chickpeas and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Mix the chickpeas with the olive oil.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the chickpeas on the rack. Close.
  • Remove chickpeas and mix them with the curry, garlic and onion, and return them to the fryer for 5 Minutes more.
